In Europe, 1% to 2% of the population reports being electrosensitive. In Germany, surveys suggest this percentage could be as high as 7%. Those with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) experience symptoms such as headaches, sleep disturbances, and fatigue. They need Wi-Fi-free and cell-phone-free patient rooms.
